Arrests Made in Scranton Shooting Case

3 people including a woman and two 14-year-olds were arrested Thursday in connection to a Scranton shooting that happened earlier this week on Orchard Street. Both juveniles are members of the “Crips” street gang. 30-year-old Jacqueline Tapia is charged with obstruction of justice and hindering apprehension.
