Tri State Drug Roundup Yields 36 Arrests
36 people have been charged and over $150,000 in cash and other items related to drug trafficking have been seized after 17 search warrants were executed in a tri-state operation called “Operation Final Blow”… a four month long investigation into major narcotics trafficking in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

Tire Drop Off Sites Aimed At Mosquito Control
In Lackawanna County, there will be tire recycling drop off locations available October 12th through the 24th in an effort to help control the spread of mosquitos and West Nile Virus. All drop-off sites will be open to all Lackawanna County residents. Check the county website for details.
