Wilkes Barre Bar Owner Threatened

A man who Wilkes Barre Police say, while drunk, pointed a gun at the head of a bar owner who tried to remove him for being too drunk, has been arrested. 44 year old Elvis Castanos of Wilkes-Barre, was locked up in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility with bail set at $25,000.

State police arrested two people including one fugitive who was hiding in a bathroom in Carbondale. 31 year old Antonio Flores of Childs was taken into custody. Troopers say a 44-year-old woman was also arrested after she was found with drug paraphernalia as she tried to hide Flores’ whereabouts.
