A Scranton man has been arrested after police say he inappropriately touched a seven-year-old girl. Scranton Police say the victim told officers she was inappropriately touched by an older man early in the morning last Wednesday. 29 year old Robert Loschen was interviewed by officers, who say he made admissions. He is now facing charges and is being held in the Lackawanna County Prison on $150,000 bail.
