The November 8th General Election was held nearly two weeks ago, but for some reason, the final results in Luzerne County are still not official. On Monday, the county election board still was unable to certify the results, after board member Dan Schramm abstained from voting. Now, Schramm has changed his mind, and he says he now will vote on Wednesday to certify the election… a move that is now causing yet even more questions.
