A Wilkes Barre woman has been arrested after police say she fired shots at a man and pistol-whipped another man which caused Kings’ College to go on lockdown Tuesday afternoon. 40 year old Chrystina Walker is facing a string of charges as she sits behind bars in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on a $65,000 bail.
