The Lackawanna County Coroner has released the identity of the person found dead in Dunmore last Wednesday night. Officials now say the body of 37 year old John C. Miller Jr, of Old Forge was in a storm drainage system at the 188 south exit of I-81. Toxicology test results are pending to determine his cause and manner of death.
