A Wilkes-Barre man was arrested after police say he smashed a woman’s face off of a marble coffee table. Police say it happened at Outsiders Bar on South Main Street in Wilkes Barre after the woman denied the sexual advances of 54 year old Louis Weihbrecht, who is now behind bars in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility where he is being held without bail.
