The City of Scranton has issued a ‘Code Blue’ warning for the upcoming weekend. Temperatures are expected to drop below 20 degrees with windchills making it seem even colder, and wintry weather is expected to move in. Keystone Mission will open the Weston Field House on Providence Road, as an emergency shelter from 8pm until 7am the following day until it warms up again.
