A Lackawanna County businessman has pleaded guilty to a tax evasion scheme. 51 year old Brian Propst of Greenfield Township, the operator of DKB Transportation, Inc., a bus company that provided transportation for school districts here in in northeastern PA, could be facing up to five years in prison and fines for paying workers “under the table.”
