A covicted sex offender from Scranton is now facing new charges. State Police executed a search warrant on the home of 55-year-old Timothy Harris IV after getting a tip that he was in possession of child sex abuse material. Turns out that tip was accurate. Harris is now in the Lackawanna County Prison.
