In Luzerne County, a man who was already considered a violent sexual offender has been arrested again after he failed to register his new address. Police say 52 year old Stephen Juice of Scranton, was living in an RV near a children’s camp in Bear Creek. He is now behind bars in Luzerne County on a $100,000 bail.
